    Not sure if waiting to relist is the right strategy. If it is difficult to trade shares, new investors will be unlikely to go thru the off market process and much of the momentum of good news may be lost. The only people who really know about ANS potential are current shareholders and the best way to get back to the notice of the broader investment market is to be listed.
    I think it would be better to list as soon as finance is approved and contract is binding (even at a lower price) and then let FOMO push price to a high level once news starts to flow. I believe the arrangement is that current loans can be converted to shares at a previously agreed price so value of shares at time of conversion is not an issue.
