Yeh but hang on, you just mentioned a couple days ago that Citi were predicting $80 a barrel by the end of the year. So are you basing your oil price predictions on charts or fundamentals?
Who's to say the central banks keep raising rates? If the rates are doing nothing to reduce oil prices, why would they keep raising them?
