Ten year timeframe seems out.. Construction only takes 40 months (approx 3 years).
Financing could be secured within the next couple of months.
Best case scenario could see KP2's Kola project constructed and producing within approx 3 years.
KP2 won't need 10 years to reach peak market cap. that could occur within the next 3 years.
Also, growth is progressive. The market cap doesn't go from 60 million to 3 billion in one go. That growth will occur progressively over the next couple of years.
IMO, KP2 definitely deserves to break out at this point. IMO, a share price of 4c is conservative at this point considering all that has been achieved.
