DEL OWNS the Stanhope project. If electricity price(s) increase the IRR will increase (all else remaining equal). When you say 'DEL has nothing to do with Stanhope IRR' and 'but if the electricity rise than Stanhope will further benefit not DEL'. I have no idea what you are talking about.

I don't care how many plants Joe has build in UK. The jury is still out on whether or not DEL is capable of executing on the development pipeline in Australia as part of the BOO portfolio (Build Own Operate) portfolio. Right now they are ZERO % because they have delivered none of their own infrastructure projects. I'd love to give them the benefit of doubt, but after so long and down so much on capital that is gone.
