"carbon sequestration as solid agricultural char" just means "don't burn the wood all the way through".
It the stupid use of of english and phrases like that trying to make things sound 'green' that is causing the now well justified cynicism towards so called 'green' projects.
Like using the same coal to then make hydrogen......
