The SPP closed on Friday 24th June, but they have not released an announcement yet, to say that it has been extended, or to announce the results of the SPP.
Normally, if a company extends an SPP they make an announcement a couple of days before the end date, but I can't see anything here like that.
So has the SPP officially closed on 24th June?
I assume so, according to the SPP booklet, but maybe I'm missing something.
I also haven't seen any director notices to show how many shares each director purchased in the SPP, but surely they took part in the SPP and showed good faith in the company, so I'm wondering when we will get these notices.
When will they release an announcement letting shareholders know the result of the SPP?
