Also forgot to mention, SYA can choose to take the bullet and choose not to work with PLL on processing plant. In that case, PLL wins short term, and SYA wins long term. So that is a card SYA can play when discussing details of joint development of the processing plant with Piedmont. However, BL wants to develop together from the Ann.
