    A full scrip deal would be fisted by all.

    Cash and scrip by me anyway - no interest by me.

    For me cash deal only.

    I agree that VPE have some good stuff but I don;t just like them and their management. If they sold their CSG before a takeover attempt you really only are buying what we have except full exposure.

    I think it needs to be cash for any chance at all.
