geez some people just cant get their heads around the actual requirements , this one has been popping up a lot over the last two days mainly driven by that backyard article / home-movie that @theboatmancapital has dragged back to the surface this morning surprisingly.

AVZ dont need to build roads, schools etc as part of their mining exploration permit....seriously what miining company does that when exploring tenements for something that may or may not be there

Maybe read the mining code as opposed to dope journalist articles/ Below is from DRC Mining Code 2002 current amended addition. -



$AVZ only need to carry out exploration activities within one year for retention of the Exploration permit...AVZ have done this in leaps and bounds.

Construction activities are one year into the exploitation permit ..... hope this clears it up for you .
