    guttedsquid: As you rightly mentioned, this was discussed on this board before. I would assume that VPE would have to offer 1 VPE for 3 ITC plus some cash on top to become successful. The more cash on top, the better the offer will look, of course. All JIMHO. Comments welcome as usual.
