zip 45 cents. Wow! It wasn't that long ago it was above 10 dollars. Has to be one of the most spectacular falls from grace in the last 10 years or so.
Doesn't help anyone wanting to start a FinTech listed company does it.
The zip purchase of sezzle was all script so like Square with Afterpay a falling zip shareprice means a falling purchase price of sezzle.
The biggest worry for this stock now I think is it needs to constantly raise capital due to its loss making and now it's 45c, and the size of the balance book. If they are loosing 200 million a year they will need to raise 500 million shares give or take at the 45c share price. Or about an 80% dilution. And that's to live one more year.
This would imply they must get their losses under control. On the current shareprice of 45c they cannot afford to be making any losses really. Doing so as mentioned above results in catastrophic capital raise at all time low share price.
