Agree again, WDS (ex WPL) was hampered by poor managment unable to deal with some complex and linked project and political issues, mostly WA establishment types, out of depth with large scale projects of this magnitude. Be interested in your analyses of the respective (ie WDS vs STO) managment capabilities. Thanks.
