Don't get me wrong, whatever the update, it won't be positive. IMO.

The question is, what is the cause of all of this?

Has MA misled/understated or has COO misled/understated and board taken his side? Did MA want to do another CR immediately and board/CFO/COO didn't?

I believe there is a lot more to it which I don't think we'll be fully made aware of, when the announcement is released next week.

My worry is, if this is caused from a split in the company, are we left with the "good side" or the "bad side" from this whole debacle.



Having said all that, maybe NED's left due to independent personal circumstances and wanted to get it done before EOFY for tax purposes and MA was burnt out after the demerger and couldn't commit to spending more time onsite in Mali more going forward.. It could really be that simple... But then again it could not..
