now is the time to buy

Hi all,

I have a large portion of STO, and have taken an interest in sometime in this stock.

I noticed directors buying at this level, large parcels, twice in the past few months. This is a great support level, 82 cents.

I see little or no downside at this price, about the book price!!!!

Anyway, I am going to buy, can anyone see anyone reason to wait any longer??? I have heard many rumours regarding larger reserves and upgrades.

Would anyone recommend a buy of 5k, or just pick little bits?
