if 3m was going for a take over they would go sooner then later,
but at the same time ,they would not go in to cheap as they could have other companys whatching over there deal, as they do in the usa, and counter the bid , say they ofter 15c . the other company could say we will do it for 30c, that is the last thing 3m wants, this becomes a auction,the price will go to 50c in a heart bet on that news .
