Look, I read your post about all the people who have copped it, I feel the same.

the number 1 issue was pg commercial abilities, it started with bw and then their crap raise then just continued.
Hes actually done an amazing job on the asset side.

if we had the ability to turn back time we would have been far better raising earlier then issuing a bfs to hopefully move the price

I've commented on the raise a few times but all of my posts get deleted

the raise Could have been filled at 6, and I would have participated

the broker wanted to do the raise cheaper and tried to get it done at 3, amazing i know
they sat on it at 4.5 for a couple days and raised zero then went back to reprice

2 previous brokers then jumped in and demanded to fill it at the 4.5 which they did immediately then funnily enough ashanti needed to take overs lol

I think with the market we would have been down at 6 if we were trading, tho so 6 was a fair price to raise but not cheap as the price was 8 and in 7 weeks the spec sector is well down

as for voting down the options, we'll I'm obviously conflicted as I took them so I'm laying that out

but if people invested 5m based on the 4.5 only being acceptable due to options lowering the entry and then after they spent their money, possibly even sold shares its repriced by removal of options it wouldn't be a positive for the company next time it tries to raise, offtake or do any commercial agreement i wouldn't think

But, I do agree that it's a disgrace and the entire thing is a joke, unfortunately it is one of those things where in order to send a message u can hurt yourself even more

personally I would 249 sz or call a agm to terminate the advisors rather than try to vote down options if you want to hurt them

I am impressed with your candor. Of course I thought already if you have been offered then you would have accepted. The fact is that you can still see some of the inequity in what has taken place. What has happened is now water under the bridge. I feel even an unsuccessful display of displeasure in attempting to vote down the options is not unreasonable. I will take on board from legitimate posters here on HC the mood of CAY retail holders. Better days ahead, I hope.
