Yummmmm .. I cooked my marinated porterhouse on the local barbecue and it was also delicious… But I had forgotten it was the neighbourhood weekly gathering and found several locals were at the picnic table when I arrived (I had decided to cook it outside due to phobia around a truly hysterical smoke alarm). It smelt far too good on the hotplate sizzling in butter, then what with fat to the dogs and cubing the meat to share I only had a few tastes ……. and I didn’t have any beansprouts or coriander or anything else to round it off. ..I copied the recipe from a Melb Viet restaurant Cafe Dang that no longer exists who did that recipe with barramundi ...it's the only recipe I liked barramundi in and I never bother buying it...and must say the KG was probably better.
