when i'm discussing stocks with my friends and we are talking about some penny dreadfuls i often say "it's a bit of a gamble, but it might just pay off".
so don't be offended, it's part and parcel of playing the stock market.
when buying many penny dreadfuls you might as well say it's a huge gamble and perhaps you'd have better odds at a casino.
