If there's a general rule to follow - on whether or not to follow America in anything

one should probably default to -

whatever they do ------------- do the opposite

the USA is a clusterroot of major proportions -------- guns, taxes, wars, health (or lack of), poverty divide, military industrial complex, etc etc

basically, it's like a dysfunctional drunk lunging about the world bumping into things - thinking that they are the best -whereas anyone who has much to do with them - walks away thinking - well, there's nothing much exceptional about that mob

geesus - they just had something called a President who tried to make the place into a dictatorship - how good is that? even after he installed his plastic family in prime jobs in the middle of Washington and used his private hotels for profit - which is a clear no no.


from what I see - if America suggests something - the safest answer is just 'no' - and walk away

and, for gods sake if they offer 'aid' -------------- run a mile


ask South Vietnam and Afghanistan how American aid worked out for them


as far as abortion goes - why in the name of heaven would anyone listen to a bunch of religious freaks who all carry AR's in their boot and handguns in their purse
