It's always a big IF for small cap growth companies. The path is never clear. I can think of numerous companies I have followed through the years like Magellan, A2, Xero etc. Magellan was below it's cash backing in the GFC before going on a 100x run. Xero was trading at 60 cents NZ and no-one was quite sure where it was headed. It then went on a 200x run with a few big drops on the way.
Enough ramblings for today, but to be able to hold these types of companies imo, you have to have unwavering belief in the tech and management and not be forced out through fear, leverage or requiring of funds in short-term.
Chris Mayer outlined it in 100 baggers, these are just some real life Australasian examples. We will find out over the next 10-15 years whether PAR will be one of them because we know from a $200mn market cap, a $20bn market cap is achievable IF things go to plan.
