Hi YT, thanks for the info, will do more research, but this does show a lot of incentive to pump up the price though, right? say pump it to certain price & then consolidation, less dilution.
all back door entry are like this though, issuing many shares, SSS, CLN, RTL.......but they are all pumped up this month
