Voting Down Options From CRAP Raise - Thoughts???, page-54

I actually think the Chair needs to take responsibility for this crap raise. Why would he let his Company run down to nothing in the kitty, when all of his shareholders could see they needed a CR about 6 months ago. Under his watch the EV of the company has just halved, in the face of a reasonable BFS - that is either incompetence, or pandering to mates from whom he is allegedly taking advice.

Also, if this raise is to bridge us until project funding is sorted, why do we need the options converted? Oh, thats right, mates
