Hi Sache,
After reading the announcement twice, I believe that the "References to Previous ASX releases" at the bottom of the announcement should be read in conjunction with your comment above.
This leaves me to conclude that at the end of July the upgrade will "indicate" close to 400mil ( as per Tran's posts ) and little else.
Any Inferred amount will come at end of the BFS.
