Even if it falls for the short term should a NO vote take place, Pfizer has a separate agreement for Covid licensing. They see a potential to commercialise that aspect in and of itself.
The true gold is Dx. Legitimate revolutionary tech which has already started to be commercialised. Plenty of potential, hence why a lot of long term SH’s are voting no to this takeover.
