ill read thia later tonight, havent dived into anlot of detail to be jonest but market seems to have taken a "meh" approach.
interesting comment ia the beginngingmof "construction" as soon as practicable. this tells me they are revvin to go and must have the cash to do this ie things must be looking good on outlook
