I think some reading between the lines required here for those unable.

2 week suspension extension is a massive signal there has been substantial movement recently. If there was none they simply would have extended by another month.

Management have been working in the DRC for years, they know more to than anyone how long small details often take.

This says to me management working with DRC are close to a resolution, and the greatest sign of a positive outcome since the start of this rubbish.
