    Someone is getting confused here with timing

    If you are suggesting that the company facilitated the rise from 38-59c by not releasing the $ANN earlier, then you are kidding yourself.

    You may be vindicated if a director sold into the 55% rally but they can't really do that either within the blackout period of a $ANN
