I think the US will be working behind the
Scenes .it's too important a project forThe US and the EU for them to let it slipThrough their fingers.this is about the only project in the world that can rivalChina.which I think is probably one of the main reasons it hasn't got off the ground yet.but it will,we will just have to be patient.this project didn't fall apart until ggg started talking about European offtake agreements up and till then the Chinese were going to take the lot.
i wonder who was behind that?it sure is a puzzle.
