SG...the simple answer is that the SP has crapped itself...reasons unknown...although not totally out of kilter with the industry index.

And like a full moon it brings out the usual "nay-sayers" who want to act like a demonic school master and whack anything in sight!

That said, we all share their pain and frustration.

At the risk of coping "six of the best" from Head Master Mangels or school would-be "prefect" (Edgar) I remain confident that the underlying value is there.

I'm just frustrated that the market cannot see it as well.

Irrespective of which way this goes I am taking 100% responsibility for my investment decisions and the HC posts are merely for the sharing of ideas upon which to learn and grow.

Today's post by SeamFiend is a great example of pooling quality information which gives us all an opportunity to leverage and thus compete with the analysts.

Give me SF, the H man, Yaq and Holy anyday.

Oh yeah...another point. I played a lot of team sport and its incredible how bitchiness can creep in when the team isn't performing well. The best coaches always promoted a sense of "support your team members at all times...and particularly so when they drop the ball or miss a tackle".

It's a bit like that here at ESG. We're all in this together, we all want a higher price. Why we don't in many instances cannot be explained in a logical way...that's when we've got to resort to the basics and pep each other up. "fake it till you make it" if you will.

The one certainty is that a divided team is cannon-fodder!

    Peace!
