but he's not reducing it to ash is he? what happening is the consequence of street to street fighting and shelling... he could use napalm , etc if he wanted.. I'm not saying "oh he's a good guy" , just that its not carpet bombing. Otherwise the hundreds of civilian casualties would be in the hundreds of thousands.
