The extra land is important:

Pipelines, storage facilities etc.

And possibly more wells.

I have a feeling they will be fairly keen to drill another well that targets the various sands at a lower angle to T.G.R land company well. It could be that major component of oil may be down dip to the current well.

I am sure they will be doing lots of analysis.
