Joe waffles a lot, then comes to an odd conclusion about ‘a multipolar world in the making’.

Difficult to see how how one dictators revanchist imperialist invasion of a sovereign country is somehow some wonderful new dawn of a multipolar world. This is just spin from Russia, trying to put a bold face on their disastrous geopolitical moves.

Putin has been trying to destabilise NATO for two decades.
Now all that work is undone.
Not only is it undone, but NATO is totally united.
Not only is NATO totally united, it is enlarging.
And to top it all off, Russia has lost its European energy markets, for good.

So yeah, trumpet some waffle about a ‘multipolar world’ from the rooftops if you want to. It’s what Putin and Lavrov are doing, through gritted teeth.
