you might want to check that report you quoted as it clearly states it is referring to the March 2022 quarter... (the date of the release you quoted is 27 June 2022, so I am unclear how you think it could be for the 30 June cash balance)
so estimated cash balance at 30 June is probably $75 mill which leaves roughly 6 months of cash before a raise, could be sooner or later
It does matter when a cap raise happens as if it is done so one at say 80c then that would be a dilutive shareprice below cost for many shareholders here
