yes but with double the shares on offer your diluted up to 50% makng your shares now worth 50c each at worst

So u may then need the SPp to go up 100% (not 50%) just to break even.

so yes it dilutes the shares and the value of the shares you bought for 1c....without a doubt....even moreso with spec stocks imo as usually their assets are low.
