Agree Trieme, that at some point in this takeover exercise the question needs to be asked - How much is DIO really worth? - it seems egos on the boards of both AVO and RMS are ruling the day. A few months ago the market valued DIO at 36c. At that point RMS and AVO where valued not much higher than their current value yet somehow today DIO, without extending their resource or making new discoveries is worth up to $1.30? Why? RMS is about to become a hopefully mid-range producer yet its price has not gone up 3.5 times. If I was on the AVO or RMS board I would be talking about off loading the holding to the other party and getting this charade over and done with. It reflects badly on the management of both companies.
