    Hi Shellbell,

    Pay the lease and build ur project?? Well, if DD is not done or unsure.. than move along?? Reserve that opportunity for someone else.

    BTW, never know they would want to be closer to Sungeel, Posco or someone else operations in Europe??

    It would be a much options to have a general update next week.. Or another better option would be setting up camp out of HQ.
