They don't absolutely need mining permits to operate a hydroxide plant. In fact, the lithium mine was only to operate full 11 years and then they would only operate lithium hydroxide plants. Therefore their value is in the agreements and strategic interests that they were able to secure in the early days when lithium prices were low. At this point they will still need to financial help in order to get each of their projects moving and I think they eventually will achieve that.
