A buyback sounds good, but before that I would rather have money in the bank to fund all known projects, plus a handsome buffer for a rainy day. I think the existing cash on hand should be maintained, and new funds should pay for projects.
After this, then money should be spent on buybacks. There jis
no rush, and if the SP continues to decline, that just means any buyback will be cheaper.
