@picastoc - re oats: I simply eat them raw in the mornings - just 3 tblspn into bowl, a few bibs and bobs of almonds, or nuts, sultanas a sliced banana and then some milk - a big stir - and that's breakfast for me - I last well on that until lunch-time - and it is easy to digest, too, but I do buy the 'rolled oats' and add other things at times, other fruit etc.
