Moosey - I still need to be convinced that the significant thermal conductivity (stated at x10) apply to a mixture of 28Si and 30Si which I understand would constitute ZSSi rather than pure 28Si - the reference you previously gave did not (fram what I could see) make this clear. The problem I have is that the improvements in thermal conductivity derive for a consistent lattice structure (as would be the case for pure 28Si) but that would not necessarily be true for a lattice incorporating 30Si which i understand would be OK as ZSSi.
