the resource upgrade of the extended area is dependent. on the gazettal, but not the original license area. That's why we have seen the seismic of the original and not the extended.
Personally I am not sure I would be brave enough to go into a TH on Friday morning on the assumption the Zimbabwean government would be efficient enough to provide the gazettal the same day as the objection period ends
but we will see soon enough.
