If you were in the job I think you would want to be judged on results and not speculation.
FY22 has just been completed and results will be posted in August, if not sooner.
You can argue that the company should report quarterly rather than half yearly. That would make more sense then claiming that the CEO has done nothing without even seeing the company's financial performance - you are just guessing and speculating because you are bored and lacking hard information.
