and buy your own tandems dont have to be brand new...... get your labourers to apply for hr license.. put them on tandems.
all equipment should have decmil own it.
sub contractors coming in with a 1991 built old tipper truck.. decmil paying 120 an hr for it. seriously. those trucks cost 20k lol
retrain and upskill staff to stop out sourcing work....
maybe even think of buying a block of land to make your own little quarry for construction material like crush rock .. ..symal construction group did just that in lara.. near point wilson..they started their own quarry and got own quarry trucks to cart materials for them. cutting cost.
just keep cutting middle man one step at a time
