Another 18m shares have been issued today at 0.006c and 58.33m free options with an ex price of 0.012. The ex date is is 09/10. In total, the options that expire on the 09/10 equals approx. 246m. with very little cash injected.

Discounting all the other unlisted options and the 82m ADOOA, ADO will have 668m shares by September this year and inbetween will have to make a placement.

They didn't mention their current cash position (anyone have an idea?) & a Form 604 has been released today stating that Asia Union Investments have been dumping on market on the 15/01/10 & the 18/01/10 (they became a sub holder in Dec 09).

The Chairman, Mr Henderson, is the MD of TransoceanSecurities Pty Ltd. Mr Bruce Rathie, is no longer a Non Exec Director but is a Director of DDT, Mr Martin is a Director of First Cape Management & Dr Gilmour is a Director of Bodyworks.

EGM Resolutions passed today:

1. 16.66m shares to Asian Union Investments.
2. 15.79m shares to First Cape Management.
3. Can issue 14.26m to First Cape Management.
4. 16.66m options to Asian Union Investments.
5. 30m option to First Cape Management etc.

Trade well but this one is a dead dodo in the long term. Love to see how it will turn out in 12 months.
