Is that the nuclear power that can't compete on price ?
In other words, it would go broke if it operated all the time ?
Not sure the electorate would vote for that. It seems they are pretty unhappy already with fossil fuel prices. Can't see them wanting something that's more expensive than unreliable fossil fuel.
Is that the same nuclear that we'd have to wait 20 or 30 years to get built just so we could see it never operate because it wouldn't be economic or practical ?
