Cab we really so easily differentiate the father and son in law who founded the company together? Ralph says all the things we want to hear but hasn’t made any difference.

Maybe Shane had him cut off from the activity that would drive the business and he just needs to get his hands on the tiller? Perhaps he might have actually earned the huge parcel of cash, shares and rights we’ve given him over the last 2 years for zero output?

Or maybe he’s just as unfocussed as the collective strategy and board?

I’m fine with Ralph being in marketing for us but I see no evidence he’s suitable as MD. But let’s say you’re right - what should we expect to see him do in his first couple of months?
