@soarer, I don’t have qualifications to comment on clinical issues. But where did you get the info that the $7m debt was an intercompany debt that was cleared as part of the deal? For the sake of transparency, I’m sure SH would appreciate if any supporting documents of the debt being written off are made public.
@Copped_It, if that’s so, it’s indeed an AMAZING deal. The previous owner not only gave away its toxic assets to RFR (it’s unlikely they’ll ever see the €5m), but actually paid to get rid of them by writing off the $7m debt. Now, if Valoriza burnt over $7m in San Finx in 5 years, with no results, where’s ST expecting to go with it? Perhaps some of his alter-egos commenting can say more.
