Seems to me (cynically) that many people on here have never dealt with a solicitor, a real estate agent, school teacher, builder..... the list goes on. All trusted "professionals" - we trust them with our money, our property, our children - and all are extremely capable of making mistakes (or even, dare I say it, being incompetent, not fit for their role and/or all the other horrible slurs being thrown around). Company directors - individually or as a group - are not immune to making mistakes.

If you don't/didn't consider the possibility of human error as a risk factor when investing in a company run by humans then you are also making a big mistake. I dare say (poor) management - seen and unseen - is one of the major factors in corporate success (and failure).

Those who have used stronger language to describe the BOD should arm themselves with evidence and do something about it rather than all the p#ss and wind that's been going on here!! Unless you feel that simply making accusations has sufficiently appeased you. I mean this sincerely ie if you have evidence to justify your allegations then back yourself and lead the action.

If you're not prepared for the consequences of human error - your's or their's - best be putting your dollars under the mattress.
