To be honest I feel not releasing them does more harm than good. There’s that saying perception is reality.
To not release them doesn’t do anything to assure investors of credibility - especially given the deficit in this area at the moment.
If they release now and it’s poor, we aren’t just late, but people will assume it’s exactly as you say - it’s been held off because it’s poor - now we are late and they hurt credibility even further. My view at spec end of town, you invest in management more than you do in the stock, so they can ill afford for it to be late and a poor result…..
I am hoping this isn’t the case, but I would prefer we just rip the band aid off
