Well londoner, I didn't mean to be rude to You,however please do have a close read of Resolution 1 and its explanation. As mentioned before that word UNLESS in (e) of 2.2 Key Terms , 'packs a punch' because it gives la Jolla the Right to possibly carry out a full Conversion of the Con. Notes to RCP Shares at any Time and it would be very unlikely that RCP would refuse and pay up 150 % on the outstanding face valve of the Con. Notes.
All in all, the La Jolla Crew look to have RCP 'over a Barrel' !
